Held at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, the invite-only event brings together A-list celebrities, influencers, brand partners, press, and stakeholders for an exclusive night of recognition and cultural celebration. From Red Carpet to After Party – the evening is a curated, multi-format experience with table bookings, individual seat options, and VIP guest flows.

The Challenge: Fragmented Tools & High Expectations

Before using eventpage.ai, the event team faced several friction points across planning, guest management, and execution:

  • Without a central system, ticket sales, VIP invites, and access tiers had to be managed across multiple tools. Every change – be it seat assignment or a role update – led to communication loops and manual updates.
  • High-ticket purchases (up to $100,000 per table) required a highly secure and trustworthy system. Platforms like Eventbrite were ruled out due to excessive transaction fees and limited customization.
