Here are some important definitions to help you understand these Terms.
“Affiliate” means any person or entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Eventpage, whether at the time you agree to these Terms or thereafter. For this definition, “control” means direct or indirect ownership or control of more than 20% of the outstanding voting stock of an entity or otherwise the power to direct the management and policies of an entity.
“Consumer” means an individual who uses our Services for any reason, including to access information and/or attend events.
“Eventpage Property” means the Eventpage products, features and offerings that are available:
a. online through various eventpage platforms, including eventpage.ai (“Site(s)“);
b. off-platform, including access management, sponsorship, and marketing or distribution services; and
c. via mobile applications, websites, application programming interfaces (APIs) and subdomains (“Applications“).
“Materials” include information, data, text, editorial content, design elements, appearance, formatting, graphics, images, photos, videos, music, sounds and other content and materials.
“Organiser” means a person or company that uses our services to create events for consumers.
“Services” and “Service” include the Evenpage Property and the Organiser Services.
“Site Content” refers to materials provided through the Services or made available in connection with the Services by Eventpage.
“Your Content” means materials that you provide, post or make available using the Services, or that you otherwise provide, post or make available to us, or that you authorise us to use.
“Your Marks” means trademarks, trade names, service marks and logos that you provide, post or make available using the Services, or that you otherwise provide, post or make available to us, or that you authorise us to use.
Organisers, consumers and third parties who access or use our Services are collectively referred to in these Terms as “Users“, “you” or “your“.
When these Terms refer to “Eventpage“, “we“, “us” or “our“, this refers to eventpage.ai GmbH and its affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors, agents, partners and employees.
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms” and “GTC“) govern the use of the eventpage.ai platform (hereinafter “Platform“) operated by Eventpage (hereinafter also “Operator“).
The Platform enables users to create and market events, purchase tickets and obtain information about events.
Please read these GTC carefully before using the service provided via eventpage.ai (“the Service“). By registering or using the platform, you accept these T&Cs. These terms and conditions apply to all users, including organisers, participants and other persons accessing the Service. Deviating terms and conditions of the user are not recognised unless the operator expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
The Operator provides an online platform that enables event organisers to publish and market events and visitors to buy tickets or obtain information about events.
The operator acts exclusively as an intermediary between event organisers and visitors and is not itself the organiser of the events offered on the platform. All events published on the platform are organised by third parties (the “organisers“) and eventpage.ai merely provides the technology to manage these events.

In the event of questions or problems in connection with an event offered via Eventpage, including refunds, participants must contact the respective organiser directly.
The operator reserves the right to expand, restrict or discontinue the platform.
Use of the ticketing functions on EVENTPAGE.AI requires separate registration as a ticket seller (“ticketing user account”). When registering, the Ticket Vendor is obliged to provide complete and truthful information about his/her identity, legal form, address, bank details and other data required for the processing of ticket sales and to provide corresponding proof upon request. Changes to this data must be updated or transmitted to the operator without delay.
The ticketing user account is personal and non-transferable. Use by third parties or the disclosure of access data is not permitted.
The operator reserves the right to block or delete ticketing user accounts at any time if these GTC, special ticketing conditions, legal requirements or the requirements of payment service providers (e.g. PayPal) are violated.
Organisers can create and publish events. They are obliged to provide complete and truthful information about the events. In particular, they must ensure that the information they provide on Eventpage about an event (including date, time, location and event details) is correct and complete.
Organisers who use the Eventpage platform and services to organise events and sell tickets are solely responsible for (i) obtaining all necessary permits, licences and insurance to legally hold the event, (ii) the proper conduct of the events and compliance with legal regulations (e.g. data protection, security requirements, permits, consumer protection) and official requirements and (iii) handling any complaints or disputes in connection with their event.
Organisers undertake not to post any content that violates applicable law, common decency or the rights of third parties or these GTCs.
Visitors can obtain information about events and purchase tickets.
Visitors are obliged to use the purchased tickets exclusively in accordance with the organiser’s terms and conditions. The resale or unauthorised duplication of tickets is prohibited.
When you purchase a ticket via the platform, you conclude a contract directly with the respective organiser of the event. Eventpage merely acts as an intermediary between the organiser and the visitor and assumes no liability for the implementation or content of the respective event.
The use of the platform may be subject to a fee for organisers and visitors. The applicable fees are displayed during the booking process.
Payment processing for the purchase of tickets for events offered via Eventpage is carried out by external payment service providers. The organiser assumes no liability for the security or proper processing of payments by third parties.
The organiser may cancel or change an event. In such cases, the organiser is solely responsible for informing participants and processing refunds in accordance with their own refund policy. Eventpage is not liable for any costs, losses or other damages resulting from the cancellation or change of an event.
Refund requests must be made directly to the event organiser and only the refund policy of the event organiser will apply. These vary depending on the event and are determined by the organiser of the event. Eventpage does not offer refunds and is not responsible for refunds in the event of event cancellations or changes. The latter is the sole responsibility of the respective event organiser.
Organisers can upload information, texts, graphics, videos or other content (“content“) to on the platform. By uploading Content, the Organiser grants us an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify and distribute this Content in order to operate or advertise the Platform.
The operator of the platform is only liable for damages caused by wilful or grossly negligent behaviour. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in the case of a breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
The operator assumes no liability for the accuracy of the content and information provided by the organiser, the proper execution of events or for the quality, safety or execution of the events. The operator provides the service “as seen” and “as available”. The aforementioned is the sole responsibility of the organiser of the respective event offered via the platform.
The operator is not liable for any failures or restrictions of the platform that are beyond its control.
Risk awareness at events:
Participation in an event is at your own risk. Certain events may involve risks such as injury, illness or accidents. Participants agree to assume all risks associated with participation and release Eventpage from any liability in this regard.
Eventpage undertakes to process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience on the platform. For more information on the use of cookies and the processing of personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Users are obliged not to post any personal data of third parties on the platform without their consent.
The use of the eventpage.ai platform is only permitted in compliance with the applicable laws and our guidelines. In particular, we prohibit the creation, promotion or organisation of events or the posting of content that contains or promotes the following:
The operator reserves the right to remove content or events that violate these provisions without prior notice and to block or delete the relevant user accounts.
If you believe that content or events on eventpage.ai infringe your intellectual property rights, please notify us immediately.

We check every report carefully and take appropriate measures in the event of justified suspicion, including blocking or removing the content and, if necessary, contacting the organiser concerned.
All content, trademarks and other intellectual property on on the Eventpage platform belong to us or the respective organiser as our licensor and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, reproduce or distribute this content without our express written authorisation.
Users can cancel their account at any time without giving reasons.
Eventpage reserves the right to terminate the user account or block your access to the platform immediately and without prior notice in the event of violations of the GTCs or legal requirements or in the event of misuse of the platform. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the user relationship between Eventpage and the user, these GTCs or the use of the platform shall be settled by binding arbitration. You waive the right to bring class actions or class proceedings against Eventpage.
We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed of any changes in good time by e-mail.
If the user does not object to the changes within 30 days of receipt of the notification of change, the amended GTCs shall be deemed accepted
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
